China's oil fields are widely distributed, covering various coastal areas in Northeast, North China, Central South, Southwest, Central China, and Southeast China. At present, most oil fields have entered the middle and late stages of oil extraction, and the water content of the extracted crude oil has reached 70% to 80%, with some oil fields even reaching as high as 90%. After oil-water separation, a large amount of oily wastewater is produced. However, while treating oily wastewater, a large amount of high concentration organic waste gas will also evaporate, posing a threat to the environment. Today, the editor of Kedil will share with you typical technical cases of waste gas treatment in petroleum refining wastewater plants!
Case Study of Waste Gas Treatment in Petroleum Refining Wastewater Treatment Plant——
The background of the waste gas treatment project of the petroleum refining wastewater treatment plant is that the owner is a globally renowned environmental enterprise with a history of 130 years. It has designed and built more than 180 water treatment plants in China. This project is located in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, and produces a large amount of high concentration organic waste gas during the pre-treatment stage of treating oily wastewater. The pollutant concentration is high and difficult to degrade. In order to meet national emission standards and fulfill corporate social responsibility, the owner entrusted Kedil Petroleum Refining and Wastewater Treatment Plant to carry out harmless treatment of waste gas.
Petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas parameters Petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas air volume: 4000m ³/h Petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas concentration: 15000mg/m ³ Petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas composition: methane, isobutane, carbon disulfide, benzene, toluene Petroleum refining wastewater treatment design scheme Petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas treatment process: dilution mixing+alkali washing+dehazing+three tower RTO Petroleum refining wastewater treatment process route Air fresh air enters the mixing box under the suction of the front fan to achieve dilution of high concentration petroleum refining wastewater treatment waste gas. The diluted waste gas from the petroleum refining wastewater treatment plant enters the alkali washing tower for treatment. The tail gas from the alkali washing tower is transported to the gas-liquid separator to remove liquid water from the tail gas and lower the temperature. The pre treated exhaust gas is sent to the three tower RTO for combustion treatment, where it is oxidized into carbon dioxide and water. The exhaust gas treatment of the petroleum refining wastewater plant is completed and discharged after meeting the standards.
The acceptance of the waste gas treatment project of the petroleum refining wastewater treatment plant has been tested by a third party, and the non methane total hydrocarbons after the treatment of the waste gas of the petroleum refining wastewater plant are ≤ 40mg/m ³, which meets the requirements of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Petroleum Refining Industry" and the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants". The core components of waste gas treatment in petroleum refining wastewater treatment plants, including the burner head and valve group system, are key components to ensure removal efficiency and furnace stability. Kedil has long-term strategic partnerships with major burner manufacturers and can determine relevant configurations and ensure performance according to customer needs. The selection standards follow the "Safety Technical Rules for Fuel (Gas) Burners" (TSG ZB001-2008). After years of practical application and joint development of other core components, Kedil has long-term framework cooperation with industry-leading and reliable manufacturers of valves, burners, heat storage bodies, catalysts, insulation cotton, temperature pressure flow LEL instruments, electrical and control systems, etc. With rich experience in selection and application, safety measures can be configured according to customer needs. Summarize why oily wastewater needs to be treated? If oily wastewater is discharged directly without treatment, it will not only cause soil and water pollution, but sometimes even lead to oil pollution and fire accidents, threatening people's lives and causing economic losses to the country. At the same time, it will also harm the interests of the oil field itself. Therefore, how to develop oil containing wastewater treatment and reuse technologies that are suitable for the actual situation of oil fields in China, efficient and economical, and achieve the goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction, environmental protection, and reuse of water resources has become an important issue in the renovation and establishment of oil field water treatment stations.
Nowadays, the country is paying more and more attention to environmental protection, and our industrial waste gas treatment technology is becoming more and more mature. We believe that with our efforts, one day there will be no pollution around us, and green mountains and clear waters everywhere!
