1、 Propelled mixer: suitable for low viscosity mixing, dissolution suspension, and heat transfer operations.

2、 Spiral belt agitator with axial flow pattern, generally the material spirals up along the container wall and then converges towards the four central cavities, forming a convective circulation from top to bottom. At the same time, it has a strong anti attachment effect. Suitable for mixing, heat transfer, reaction and dissolution operations of high viscosity or powdery materials. The form and number of ribbons should be determined based on the geometric shape of the container and the height of the liquid layer. Due to the box type stirring effect, the eddy current near the spiral belt is increased. In general, for larger diameters and higher liquid layers, a double screw belt type is used, while for smaller diameters, a single screw belt type is preferred.

3、 The outer edge shape of the anchor agitator blade should be consistent with the inner wall of the mixing tank, with only a small gap between them, which can remove viscous reaction products attached to the tank wall or solid matter accumulated at the bottom of the tank, and maintain good heat transfer effect. The circumferential velocity of the outer edge of the blade is 0.5-1.5m/s, which can be used to stir Newtonian fluid anchor agitators and quasi plastic fluids with viscosity up to 200Pa · s (see viscous fluid flow). However, when stirring high viscosity liquids, there is a large stagnation zone in the liquid layer. There are two types of blade agitators: flat blade and inclined blade. The flat blade agitator consists of two straight blades. The ratio of blade diameter to height is 4-10, and the circumferential velocity is 1.5-3m/s. The radial flow velocity of the inclined blade agitator is relatively small. The two blades of the inclined blade agitator are reversed by 45 ° or 60 °, resulting in axial liquid flow. The blade agitator has a simple structure and is commonly used for mixing low viscosity liquids and solid particles. Dissolve and suspend.
