-Tool preparation: Prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as welding equipment, wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring tools, etc.
2. Installation of sediment discharge pipe at the bottom of the sedimentation tank: First, complete the installation of the bottom sediment discharge pipe system to ensure that the openings of the sediment discharge pipe meet the design requirements, are securely fixed, and checked for accuracy before proceeding to the next installation process.
3. Installation of filling bracket: Install the filling bracket in place according to the installation construction drawing of the inclined plate filling bracket. Check whether all welding nodes are secure, the support strength should be sufficient to withstand the weight of the filler, and anti-corrosion treatment should be completed on the surface of the support.
4. Assembly of inclined plate packing: - Hot stamping (if required): If the inclined plate packing needs to be hot stamped, package each inclined plate packing as a separate hot stamping unit according to the hot stamping method. After the hot stamping is completed, each unit usually measures 1 square meter. After the hot welding is completed, neatly stack them on the site (keep a small amount of loose pieces for backup).
-Assembly: Assemble the hot pressed inclined plate packing or direct inclined plate packing unit in the sedimentation tank. Pay attention to the correct inclination direction of the inclined plate, generally inclined towards the direction of water flow, and the inlet water should be below the filling material, at least half a meter deep. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the connection position between the fillers is aligned and the connection is stable.
5. Overall inspection and adjustment: After assembly, check whether the installation of the inclined plate packing is firm and flat, whether the connections between each unit are tight, and whether the overall layout meets the design requirements. If there are any issues, make timely adjustments.
6. Reinforcement treatment (optional): To prevent the inclined plate filling from floating or shifting under the action of water flow, round steel can be pulled above the filling for reinforcement.
7. Acceptance: After installation, a comprehensive acceptance shall be conducted to ensure that the installation quality of the inclined plate filling meets relevant standards and design requirements. Only after passing the acceptance can it be put into use.
