The gas lift sludge discharge device has smooth and unobstructed sludge discharge, simple structure, energy saving, adjustable sludge discharge volume, freely arranged sludge discharge points, easy operation, and maintenance free, effectively solving the problems of gravity and sludge pump sludge discharge.
The working principle of the gas lift sludge discharge device is:
Before work, the box is filled with liquid, and the gas is supplied by the gas supply pipe. It explodes through the pipeline aerator to form bubbles, which quickly float to the top of the box and gradually accumulate. At this point, a portion of the liquid inside the box is discharged through the opening, while the other portion is discharged into the sludge return pipe through the air duct. When the liquid level drops to the upper edge of the lower baffle, the liquid in the space surrounded by the lower baffle and the box is continuously discharged through the opening. The liquid in the clamping space between the upper and lower partitions is compressed by air, causing the liquid level to continuously decrease. Before the lower edge of the upper partition falls, the liquid in the space enclosed by the upper partition and the box is squeezed and discharged into the sludge return pipe through the air duct. When the liquid level in the clamping space between the lower partition and the upper partition approaches the lower edge of the upper partition, some gas flows into the liquid space enclosed by the upper partition and the box through the lower edge of the upper partition. Forming large bubbles, rapidly rising and accumulating at the top of the box, and rushing into the sludge return pipe through the air duct to cut off the liquid column in the sludge return pipe, forming larger bubbles with a pressure greater than the gravity of the liquid column above the bubbles. This can push the liquid column above the bubbles out of the pipe, creating a pressure difference at the moment of bubble discharge, which is the driving force for the discharge of sludge from the sludge return pipe; After the formation of bubbles, the pressure in the gas phase space formed by the box briefly decreases, and the liquid phase space is squeezed by the bubbles, flowing into the gap maintained by the lower and upper baffles, and then temporarily not passing through the lower edge of the upper baffle; When the bubbles are discharged and air is continuously supplied, the liquid level in the section between the lower baffle and the upper baffle is once again at the critical position of the lower edge of the upper baffle, forming the next larger bubble and thus forming a continuous working process.
