1. The reason why the integrated sewage treatment equipment cannot discharge water normally is that the connecting pipes of the contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, sludge tank, etc. may be blocked. Generally, the blockage is caused by detached biofilm or damaged elastic three-dimensional packing.
Solution: Promptly clear the pipeline and remove any blockages.
2. The reason for the unclear effect of biofilm attachment is that the aeration of the contact oxide film is uneven, and the pumping of the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is not obvious.
Solution: Regularly check if the aeration in contact with the oxide film is normal, and check if the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is pumped to the tank. If everything is normal, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and urea to the tank.
3. The effluent quality of the integrated sewage treatment equipment does not meet the standard, and the reason for excessive inflow is due to uneven aeration in the contact oxidation tank or prolonged shutdown of the contact oxidation tank, excessive sludge in the sedimentation tank, as well as the shutdown of the disinfection device and long-term failure to disinfect the outlet.
Solution: Cultivate the biofilm again, thoroughly remove the sludge from the sedimentation tank, and clean the disinfection device and outlet in a timely manner.
4. Uneven aeration in the contact oxidation tank
Reason: The outlet valve position of the aeration fan is abnormal, and the aeration head is damaged. Solution: Adjust the outlet valve of the aeration fan in a timely manner and repair the aeration head.
5. Automatic control malfunction
Reason: The power supply is abnormal, and the upgraded pump and aeration fan are damaged. Solution: Timely inspect the power supply, check if the current is too high, and ensure that the switch is disconnected.
6. Excessive noise during the operation of integrated sewage treatment equipment
Reason: (1) Pipeline blockage causing pressure increase; (2) Improper installation of the belt cover causes vibration; (3) Motor bearing wear; (4) Dust entering the fan causes abrasion; (5) No lubricating oil; (6) Poor lubrication; (7) The V-belt pulley is loose; (8) The V-belt slips. Solution: (1) Clean or replace the pipeline; (2) Reinstall the belt cover (3), replace the bearings with new ones (4), and disassemble and repair the fan; (5) Check the fuel supply system; (6) Clean the drip nozzle and oil filter; (7) Tighten the top thread; (8) Adjust the tension of the belt
7. The device is experiencing heating phenomenon
Reason: (1) Overload operation; (2) The inlet filter of the fan is clogged; (3) The fan rotor is biased; (4) Cut off lubricating oil; (5) Belt slippage; (6) Poor lubrication; (7) Internal damage to the fan. Solution: (1) Check if the pipeline is blocked; (2) Clean the air filter; (3) Gently tap the end cap with a wooden hammer; (4) Supplement engine oil and check the fuel supply system; (5) Adjust the tension of the belt; (6) Change oil and clean the drip nozzle and oil filter; (7) Disassemble and inspect the fan.
8. The integrated sewage treatment equipment consumes too much fuel
Reason: (1) Overload operation; (2) Air filter blockage; (3) Oil leakage or high temperature causing oil evaporation and splashing. Solution: (1) Solve the pipeline system; (2) Clean the air filter; (3) Check if the fuel tank is in a closed state and if it is rusted.
