Cleaning and maintenance methods for ultrafiltration membranes!

August 19, 2024

latest company news about Cleaning and maintenance methods for ultrafiltration membranes! 0Friends who want to know about the cleaning and maintenance methods of ultrafiltration membranes believe that: Cleaning and maintenance methods of ultrafiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membrane cleaning, seven steps of ultrafiltration membrane cleaning, sharing of ultrafiltration membrane cleaning steps, ultrafiltration membrane cleaning and maintenance methods, chemical cleaning steps of ultrafiltration membranes, whether ultrafiltration membranes need to be cleaned regularly, ultrafiltration membrane maintenance, ultrafiltration membrane oil inlet cleaning, what tools can be used to clean ultrafiltration membranes? These questions are also very confusing. Let's first answer the question of cleaning and maintenance methods for ultrafiltration membranes.

1、 Physical cleaning method

1. Isobaric cleaning method: that is, close the ultrafiltration water valve, open the concentrated water outlet valve, and rinse the membrane surface by increasing the flow rate. This method is effective in removing a large amount of soft impurities on the membrane surface.

2. High purity water cleaning method: Due to the increased purity of water, its solubility is enhanced. When cleaning, you can first use ultrafiltration water to flush away loose dirt on the membrane surface, and then use pure water circulation for cleaning.

3. Reverse cleaning method: The cleaning water enters from the ultrafiltration port of the membrane and passes through the membrane, rushing towards one side of the concentration port. The reverse flushing method can effectively remove the coverage, but special attention should be paid to prevent overpressure during backwashing to avoid breaking the membrane or damaging the sealing adhesive surface.

2、 Chemical cleaning method

1. Acid solution cleaning: Common solutions include hydrochloric acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, etc. The pH of the prepared solution is 2-3. Using cyclic cleaning or soaking for 0.5h-1h before cyclic cleaning can effectively remove inorganic impurities.

2. Alkali solution cleaning: The commonly used alkali is NaOH, and the pH of the prepared solution is around 10-12. Using water circulation operation for cleaning or soaking for 0.5h-1h before circulating cleaning can effectively remove impurities and oils.

3. Ultrafiltration membrane cleaning agent: Using 1% -3% H2O2, 500-1000mg/L NaClO and other aqueous solutions to clean ultrafiltration membranes can remove dirt and kill bacteria. H2O2 and NaClO are commonly used fungicides.

4. Enzyme detergent: such as 0.5% -1.5% pepsin, trypsin, etc., is effective in removing protein, polysaccharide, and oily pollutants.

The selection of ultrafiltration membrane cleaning agents should follow the principles of not reacting chemically with other materials of the membrane and components, and the selected drugs should avoid causing secondary pollution.
