1、 Overview of Processing Facilities
The main pollutants in most domestic sewage are pathogenic microorganisms and toxic and harmful physical and chemical pollutants. Various water treatment technologies and equipment can be used to remove various physical, chemical, and biological pollutants from water, purify water quality, meet national or local water pollutant discharge standards, and protect water resources, environment, and human health. However, due to treatment technology and management reasons, some domestic sewage stations cannot achieve stable and compliant discharge of sewage, which is far from the prescribed discharge standards. Therefore, based on years of research, the pre installed A-level biochemical tank (hydrolysis biochemical tank) - biological contact oxidation process has been successfully used to treat this type of domestic sewage. This process has the advantages of strong load resistance, good phosphorus and nitrogen removal treatment effect, high degree of automation in operation and management, and the use of buried type with less land occupation and beautiful appearance.

5. The sludge shall comply with the "Control Standards for Pollutants in Agricultural Sludge" (GB4284-84).

3. Equipment process
The buried integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts a carbon steel structure, with the box installed underground and a maintenance manhole left above. Composition of the box: hydrolysis acidification tank (Class A tank), secondary biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, sludge tank, etc.
This sewage treatment device is controlled by a controller, and the operation of the equipment is completely controlled automatically (switchable to manual control mode). It can complete the opening and closing of water pumps and fans and automatic switching, and is equipped with overvoltage, phase loss, short circuit and other protection and alarm functions.

4.2. The use of integrated specialized equipment for domestic sewage is a major feature. The A-level biochemical tank can not only degrade a considerable amount of COD and intercepted suspended solids, but also play an important role in improving the biodegradability of sewage, degrading high molecular weight organic matter, reducing the difficulty of subsequent treatment, and digesting residual sludge in the reflux.

4、 Anti noise measures
The fan room is designed outside the integrated buried equipment, using low-noise and vibration free fans. The fan inlet is equipped with a filter and muffler, and the outlet is connected to a soft joint and muffler. The machine is equipped with anti vibration rubber and anti vibration frame.
5、 Measures for treating foul odors
The main source of exhaust gas pollution in this project is odor pollution. The odor emission sources include inlet grille ditch, regulating tank, sedimentation tank, oxidation tank, sludge tank, etc. Odor is a mixture of multiple gases, mainly composed of H2S, NH3, and methyl mercaptan. In order to ensure that the odor does not affect the surrounding environment during system operation, the domestic sewage equipment is designed to be buried underground to reduce the emission of odor. And strengthen greening and beautification around the sewage treatment facilities, build a mixed forest isolation zone of trees and shrubs, which is conducive to reducing the impact of odors on the environment and beautifying the surrounding environment.
6、 Process Introduction
The discharged sewage is collected by the drainage system and enters the grid well for sewage treatment, where floating debris and particulate matter are removed. It then enters the pre settling and regulating tank for sedimentation of large particles and average sewage volume. The signal is then transmitted through the liquid level control instrument and pumped to the A-level biological tank. Denitrification is carried out in an anaerobic state using organic matter as a carbon source to remove nitrate nitrogen and reduce organic matter concentration. Finally, it flows into the O-level biological contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemical reactions, where the vast majority of organic pollutants are degraded through biological assimilation, synthesis, and heterotrophic decomposition, killing harmful bacteria in the water before being filtered and treated for reuse.
The debris intercepted by the grille is regularly loaded into a small car and dumped into the garbage dump. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is partially retained in the A-level biological treatment tank, while the other part is pumped to the sludge tank for aerobic digestion and regularly pumped out for transportation.
7、 Process performance characteristics
1. The shell of the sewage treatment equipment is made of carbon steel.
2. The A-level biological treatment tank is equipped with high-efficiency biological elastic packing and has hydrolysis and acidification functions. It can also be adjusted into a biological oxidation tank to increase the biochemical retention time and improve treatment efficiency.
The filling material in the O-grade biochemical tank adopts a three-dimensional mesh composite filling material, which has a large specific surface area, a long service life, and is prone to film formation, corrosion resistance, and blockage. The filling material can freely stretch and diffuse in water, cutting the bubbles in the water in multiple layers, which relatively increases the aeration effect and oxygen utilization rate. The installation, disassembly, and inspection of the filling material in a cage style are convenient.
4. The aeration pipeline in the pool is made of high-quality ABS pipes, which are corrosion-resistant. The aeration head adopts an efficient membrane type microporous aeration head, which is non clogging and has a high oxygen utilization rate.
5. The fan design uses a high-pressure fan, which has the characteristics of small size, low noise, sufficient air volume, stable and reliable performance.
