1、 DTRO classification: mainly divided into three types according to pressure level
1) 75bar DT membrane column
2) 120bar DT membrane column
3) 160bar DT membrane column
2、 Usage conditions:
1) The siltation index SDI is less than 20;
2) Free residual chlorine<0.1mg/L;
3) Suspended solids SS<1500mg/L;
4)COD<35000mg/L;
5) Ammonia nitrogen<2500mg/L;
6) 75 bar DT membrane column TDS < 30000mg/L;
120 bar DT membrane column TDS < 50000mg/L;
The TDS of the 160bar DT membrane column is less than 75000mg/L.
3、 Operating temperature and pressure:
a) Operating temperature: Operating temperature range of 5-45 ℃; When the temperature exceeds 45 ℃, a cooling device should be added, and when it is below 5 ℃, a preheating device should be installed.
b) Operating pressure:
The operating pressure of 75bar reverse osmosis should not exceed 7.5MPa;
The operating pressure of 120bar reverse osmosis should not exceed 12.0MPa;
The operating pressure of 160bar reverse osmosis should not exceed 16.0MPa.
4、 Recovery rate:
Single membrane module recovery rate: 20-50%.
Integrated equipment raw water recovery rate:
——The conductivity of raw water is less than or equal to 1000 μ s/cm, and the recovery rate of raw water is greater than or equal to 90%;
——The conductivity of raw water is less than or equal to 5000 μ s/cm, and the recovery rate of raw water is greater than or equal to 85%;
——The conductivity of raw water is less than or equal to 15000 μ s/cm, and the recovery rate of raw water is greater than or equal to 80%;

——The conductivity of raw water is less than or equal to 20000 μ s/cm, and the recovery rate of raw water is greater than or equal to 75%;
——The conductivity of raw water is less than or equal to 30000 μ s/cm, and the recovery rate of raw water is greater than or equal to 70%.
When the salt content of raw water is higher, the recovery rate of raw water should be designed according to specific requirements.
5、 Service life: 5-10 years.
6、 Single membrane module parameters:
Membrane area: 9.4m2
Total length of membrane module: 1400mm
7、 Application Fields
Zero discharge pretreatment of leachate, seawater desalination, high salt wastewater, chemical wastewater, emergency mobile water supply and other fields.

Note: The above removal rate is based on the inlet water temperature of 20 ℃. For every 5 ℃ increase in temperature, the removal rate decreases by 0.5% to 1.0%, and vice versa, it increases by 0.5% to 1.0%
