Winning the bid for Zhangji Coal Mine Water Treatment Project in High Energy Environment

As a member of the consortium, High Energy Environment has successfully won the bid for the Zhangji Coal Mine Phase II Mine Water Treatment and Resource Utilization Project, with a bid amount of 187 million yuan. The project has a processing capacity of 14000m ³/d, and the produced water not only meets the self use of the mine, but also the surplus will be transported to Xieqiao Power Plant for full reuse. At the same time, the heat source generated by the carbon dioxide cooling project is utilized to evaporate and crystallize the concentrated high salt wastewater, achieving the resource utilization of wastewater and salt, and achieving near zero discharge of wastewater. This is of great significance in alleviating the contradiction between mining production, water supply, and ecological protection.

Entrepreneurial Environmental Protection Leading Wuhu Sewage Treatment Project

On January 2nd, Entrepreneurial Environmental Protection, in collaboration with China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui Shunyu Water Affairs Co., Ltd., won the bid for the franchise project of Wuhu Binjiang Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II. The project adopts the BOT franchise model, with a construction scale of 60000 m ³/d and a total investment of 277 million yuan. The government investment support during the project construction period is 149 million yuan, and the franchise period is as long as 40 years. Afterwards, the project company will sign relevant franchise agreements with the Wuhu Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau.

The first implementation of CREATE technology by Shouchuang Environmental Protection Group

As a process package provider, Shouchuang Environmental Protection Group has signed a contract for the upgrading project of facilities and equipment at Dingqiao Sewage Treatment Plant in Haining City, Zhejiang Province. This marks the first time that the CREATE aerobic granular sludge technology independently developed by Shouchuang Environmental Protection Group has been implemented and applied. This project will carry out in-situ transformation of SBR biological treatment technology in the first phase of the sewage treatment plant, increasing the treatment capacity of the biological treatment section from 40000 tons/day to 70000 tons/day. The investment cost for expanding the capacity of 30000 tons per day in this project is lower than that of building a new sewage treatment plant of the same scale, and there is no need for new land acquisition. Only the equipment and facilities of the original SBR tank structure can be upgraded and expanded, which has extremely high economic and environmental value.

MCC Southern Urban Environmental Protection wins bid for Wuhan Sewage Treatment Plant project

On February 25th, the bidding results for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of the second plant and supporting facilities of the Zuoling Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuhan, Hubei Province (Phase I) were announced. MCC Southern Urban Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid with a bid price of 465248639 yuan. The newly built sewage treatment plant has a capacity of 65000 tons per day and adopts the process of "accident regulation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+improved A/A/O biological tank+secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter+ozone catalytic oxidation tank". The effluent quality follows the standard of Class III surface water (TN less than 10mg/L), and the treated effluent is discharged into the Yangtze River.

 

 

Multiple projects of Bishuiyuan won the bid

-Yangli Sewage Treatment Plant North Pool Membrane Replacement Project: Yangli Sewage Treatment Plant is the largest urban sewage treatment plant in Fujian Province, with a treatment capacity of 600000 tons/day. The fourth phase adopts MBR technology. Bishuiyuan won the bid for the Beichi membrane replacement project, with a scale of 100000 tons/day. This is another large-scale membrane replacement project in the Fujian region, which has increased its local market share.

-Tengchong Sewage Treatment Plant MBR Membrane Module Supply Project: Tengchong Sewage Treatment Plant adopts MBR treatment process, with a design capacity of 25000 tons/day. Bishuiyuan has won the bid to supply MBR membrane modules, further expanding its brand effect in the region after projects such as the Datunhei Sewage Treatment Plant in southern Yunnan.

-Handan North Sewage Treatment Plant Project: Bishuiyuan and CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for the Handan North Sewage Treatment Plant project, with a total bid amount exceeding 713 million yuan. A new 100000 ton/day sewage treatment plant and pipeline system will be built, with effluent meeting Class IV standards. Resource utilization will be achieved through reclaimed water reuse and ecological water replenishment, strengthening the market layout in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.

-10 Township Sewage Treatment Projects in Wuding County: Bishuiyuan won the bid for 129 million yuan to build 10 new sewage treatment plants and 69 kilometers of pipeline network, with a daily processing capacity of 3150 tons and serving a population of 150000. Adopting an integrated smart water management solution, the effluent meets the national first-class A standard, and contributes to the construction of beautiful rural areas.

-Liaoning Lighthouse Economic Development Zone Industrial Sewage Treatment Project: On August 26, 2025, Bishuiyuan won the bid for the franchise operator of the Liaoning Lighthouse Economic Development Zone Industrial Sewage Treatment Project, with a bid amount of 4.76 yuan/ton for sewage treatment service fees. The project adopts a franchise model, with a duration of 40 years from the date of contract signing, including a 2-year initial and construction period, and a 38 year operation period. The effluent quality must meet the Class A standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" GB18918-2002.

Pengyao Environmental Protection wins bid for Tangyin sewage treatment project

Pengyao Environmental Protection won three consecutive bids at the beginning of the year, among which the sewage treatment BOT project in Tangyin County, Henan Province adopted its SEED-E equipment technology developed over six years. This technology achieves a complete chain innovation from design to construction and operation through a three-level technological transition of "assembly, low-carbon green energy, and equipment". Compared with traditional engineering models, the construction cost is low, the carbon emissions are reduced by more than 70%, the green energy utilization rate is over 50%, the land area is reduced by 50%, the entire water plant and equipment are placed indoors, and the operating environment is good. It will become a new generation of sewage treatment demonstration projects.

 

Delinghai wins bid for Xingyun Lake project

On April 10th, Wuxi Delinhai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the "In situ Algae Control and Water Quality Improvement Project Operation Management of Xingyun Lake" project. The purchaser is the Water Resources Bureau of Jiangchuan District, Yuxi City, with a service period of two years and an amount of approximately 56 million yuan/year. It is expected that the actual total amount of this bid will be approximately 87.852 million yuan (two years). The project operating costs are based on the design of efficient and energy-saving technology solutions. The deep well equipment, with its advantages of high flux and low energy consumption, has gained recognition from the owner for its self-developed second-generation mainstream blue-green algae treatment technology - deep-sea high-pressure algae control technology.

Henan Duyu Construction won the bid for the Boai Sewage Treatment Project

The EPC project for the second phase and supporting pipeline network of the second sewage treatment plant in Boai County, Jiaozuo City, announced on July 22, was won by Henan Duyu Construction Co., Ltd. (the leading unit of the consortium) and Guizhou Zhongxi Jinjia Project Management Co., Ltd. (a member unit of the consortium). The daily processing capacity of the sewage treatment plant is 20000 tons, with a total land area of 21158 square meters. The supporting pipeline network is located in multiple parts of the urban area, with a construction length of 54230 meters. The total investment is approximately 203.92 million yuan, with a comprehensive bid rate of 98.3% (estimated at 162.98723 million yuan), and a construction period of 15 months.

Winning the bid for the Zhanjiang Green Water Project through automation

In May, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province launched the "Zhanjiang Green Water and Sludge Treatment Integration Project" with a total investment of about 720 million yuan. It is one of the major environmental protection and livelihood projects in the local "14th Five Year Plan", with a designed daily processing capacity of over 200000 tons. Jiwei Automation stood out from more than ten bidding units and won the bid for the high/low limit control project of the regulating tank and secondary sedimentation tank liquid level, providing 52 sets of tuning fork liquid level switch equipment. The product adopts fork resonance frequency detection technology, which is suitable for foam sewage environment. It has passed several safety certifications, and can be quickly connected to common PLC, with short response time and low false alarm rate.

The winning of these major water treatment projects will effectively promote the improvement of sewage treatment capacity, water resource recycling, and water environment in various regions, inject strong impetus into the ecological and environmental protection cause, and also reflect the competition and development of various enterprises in water treatment technology and engineering strength.
