Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) has become a reliable membrane technology for tackling difficult industrial wastewater and landfill leachate. Benefiting from its unique open flow channel structure, DTRO creates strong turbulent flow inside membrane stacks, delivering outstanding anti-fouling performance compared with conventional spiral-wound RO systems. It can steadily treat high-salinity, high-concentration wastewater with fewer pretreatment requirements.
Our factory specializes in manufacturing two-stage DTRO wastewater treatment equipment. Different from single-stage DTRO solutions, the two-stage configuration realizes deep purification: permeate from the first-stage DTRO enters the second stage for advanced filtration. This design greatly improves final effluent quality and lifts overall water recovery rate. Concentrate from the second stage can be recycled back to the front of the system to reduce waste volume and lower concentrate disposal cost, which fits well with local environmental demands in Southeast Asia.
Our DTRO units support skid-mounted and containerized layout, featuring fully automatic PLC control, integrated CIP online cleaning system, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
