The characteristics are large wet perimeter, small hydraulic radius, good laminar flow state, and particle sedimentation not affected by floc flow interference. 2、 Filter head and filter cap (backwash filter head): The filter head is a steam water backwash device in the bottom water distribution system of the filter tank. It can effectively flush out sludge and debris in the filter tank, ensuring the normal operation of water quality and quantity in the filter tank; The types of filter heads include mushroom shaped, plum blossom shaped, tower shaped, and cylindrical shaped, all made of ABS engineering plastic. They are suitable for use in decarbonization, degassing, decarbonization, oil-water separation, seawater desalination, pure water, wastewater treatment and other industries such as power, chemical, papermaking, and environmental protection. They have the characteristics of high speed, multiple blades, low resistance, large total wet specific surface area, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good surface hydrophilicity, and low spray density.
4、 Semi soft filler: Semi soft filler is made of high molecular weight polymer and has strong ability to redistribute water and air. Long term use does not deform, and is prone to film sticking and peeling. The detached biofilm is in a fine state, and the filler is not easily blocked. Corrosion resistant and biodegradable. The unit diameter is generally ￠ 120 and ￠ 150, and the center rope includes plastic rope and fiber rope. 5、 Composite packing: Composite packing is another type of packing improved on the basis of soft packing, consisting of fiber bundles, plastic rings, sleeves, and central ropes. Under the support of the middle plastic ring, the fiber bundle avoids the phenomenon of agglomeration at the center of the fiber bundle, while also providing good water and gas distribution, good contact mass transfer conditions, and high oxygen utilization efficiency.
