"Five Prevention" Locking Requirements for High Voltage Switch Cabinet of Garbage Leachate Treatment Equipment

April 19, 2024

At present, KYN type high-voltage switchgear is commonly used in garbage leachate treatment equipment. KYN28A-12 indoor armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear, used for indoor complete distribution equipment of 3-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz, single busbar and single busbar segmented system, for control, protection and monitoring. KYN28-12 indoor armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear, with an armored structure and a central layout, is divided into circuit breaker room, main busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. In order to enable the leachate treatment cabinet to withstand internal fault electrical isolation, except for the relay room, all functional compartments are equipped with exhaust channels and pressure relief windows. The primary contact is a bundled circular contact, and the switchgear is equipped with a safe and reliable interlocking device to meet the "five prevention" locking requirements. The specific instructions are as follows:

Garbage leachate treatment equipment

1. When the handcart is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be removed.

2. The circuit breaker handcart can only advance the closing and opening operation when in the wiping or working position, and after the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart cannot be pulled out of the working position.

3. The circuit breaker handcart cannot be closed during the pushing or pulling process.

4. The circuit breaker handcart can only be moved from the test position to the working position when the grounding switch is in the open position. The grounding switch can only be opened and closed when the circuit breaker handcart is in the test position or outside the cabinet.

5. When the grounding switch is in the open position, the rear door cannot be opened.

On both sides of the chassis frame of the circuit breaker room, in addition to fixed guide rails for the movement of the handcart, in order to facilitate observation and inspection of the circuit breaker, there are special extractable extension guide rails on both sides of the fixed guide rails. After the circuit breaker is opened, the two extension guide rails can be pulled out of the cabinet, so that the handcart can be directly moved from inside the cabinet to the extension guide rails outside the cabinet.
